Thanks again for the information above. Updated my dads pc to windows 7 ultimate x64, with sp1 installed, and it still wouldn’t recognize.

Thanks for the wml54g Its easy enough to find the driver on the mediatek website, just search, have to give name and email and copy the characters correctly to download, i followed the advice above and am goin to try the rt driver, ill post back if it doesnt work out.

Every other driver gave me error code 10, but this worked flawlessly and now I can finally detect wireless networks.
